'Love is a desire that, in a sense, can only be understood by the logic of love itself. You can not appreciate what love is all about simply through definitions or descriptions. You can gather as  much information about love as you want to, but if you have been deprived of love all your life, this information will not do much. In fact, to ask the question "why love?" is already to make clear that you misunderstood what love is all about - Craig Hovey.
